This information applies to purchases of paid packages and plugins in the froxlor Marketplace at packages.froxlor.org (the "Marketplace").
1. Contracting party and role of froxlor GmbH
Packages and plugins are offered by independent providers (the "Provider") in their own name. The Provider's name, address, contact email address and – where available – VAT ID are shown in the "Seller" section of each product page. The purchase agreement and the licence are concluded exclusively between you and the Provider, who acts as an entrepreneur.
froxlor GmbH, Wilhelm-Busch-Str. 54, 60431 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, merely operates the Marketplace and the payment processing (via the payment service provider Stripe) and is not a party to the purchase agreement.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of packages in the Marketplace is not a binding offer. By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once the payment has been completed successfully and the licence has been activated for your account. You will receive a confirmation by email or in your account.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in the currency stated on the product page and include statutory value added tax where it applies (Providers who use the small business exemption do not show VAT). Payment is made via Stripe using the payment methods offered there and is due immediately upon ordering. Time-limited licences do not renew automatically; a new purchase extends the running licence.
4. Delivery and licence
Packages are provided digitally. After successful payment you can install and update the package with Composer and your personal access token. The scope and term of the licence result from the selected plan (one-time payment = perpetual licence; time-limited licence = stated term) and from the Provider's licence terms.
5. Warranty and support
Statutory provisions apply to defects as against the Provider. The Provider is responsible for up-to-dateness, functionality, bug fixing and support; please contact the address stated on the product page.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Provider (name, address and email address see product page, section "Seller") by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, the Provider must reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the Provider received the notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement the Provider uses the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the Provider has begun performance after you have expressly consented to the Provider beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires and have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent once performance has begun. You give this consent and confirmation before ordering by ticking the corresponding box.
